Below The 'Old Rancere" and Sister-in Law Shirley. Shirley, who is not in the best of health, drove herself and husband Tony from Morgan Hill, over Hector Pass (in the all that rain and slick road) To come see the "Old Rancere" do his 'stuff''. Thanks Shirley. You are a marvel.

Hey Ivan,
Saw your new batch of pictures of " THE " event of LA NORSTRA
COSTA . The picture of you singing -I can almost hear you , from here -and with that famous hat. I could almost swear that your DAD was back.
I want to commend you for keeping those "GOLDEN MEMORIES " alive forever . I remember when you first talked about writing the book. I was a little skeptical that it would become as big as it has, but again thanks to you the interest and the event -GOES ON.
In your words SEMPRE AVANTI RENO di Cisternia
Thanks Reno. My father's hat has been to a lot of parties "su per la costa" and beyond. SA Ivn(0)
Ivano,
Thank you for sharing these photos, it looks like you had a great show of people.
I am sad I had to miss it!!!
As always,

Good turnout and good pics.

Dear Ivan,
Thank you for (the)pictures of La Nostra Costa Days. We enjoyed the event and learned a lot about life on the coast.
Gail (SCHS '55) and Vic
How about that? Perhaps it's time (for me)to take up a new hobby, photography. We (Judy and I)are on our way home (State of Washington) moving away from good weather and moving towards bad weather.
Jerry K. SCHS '55
Sempre Avanti, Professore Buffo.
Next "La Nostra Costa Days Revival"
you will be appointed La Nostra Costa Days Revival (LNCDR) Committee's Official photographer.
That is if you steady your hand a bit. ivn0
I received the following information from Dave Harra regarding his Italian linage.
Ivan, We had a good time and learned a lot and are looking forward to Revival III. My grand parents (Jacob and Virginia
Lizzul) on my mothers side emigrated from Pula in North East Italy on the Istria peninsula and settled in Salinas and later in San Martin. My mother and grandmother always made the best raviolas (a two or three day process).
Regards, David Harra
Thanks, Dave E sempre Avanti con la historia Italiana. ivn0
Hey, Ivano. Looks like your daughter doesn't recognize you!!
To anonymous above: No wonder. The 'Old Rancere' didn't show up until she was 'outa ova da housa'
