Ivano: In this morning's paper (Santa Cruz Sentinel)this T.V expert man (Stephen Colbert), made a comment about farm work and felt sorry for the poor illegals. That made me mad! Ivano, why don't you send him a copy of your book, "La Nostra Costa" so that he would know what the emmigrants of the 1940 & 50s did. They were happy to have a job, raise their children, saved and contributed to this Country with no ones help!

Better yet. Let's invite Stephen Colbert to our "La Nostra Costa Revival" where he can learn a lot
from the "Old Rancere" and you all.

Hei,Ivano and fellow "blaggatori" I was happy to read on the celebrity news this morning that I wasn't the only one speaking up about Colbert; a House Democrat leader said that his comments were inappropriate and an"embarrassment"

Again I say that Mr. Colbert should read "La Nostra Costa" to educate himself on how the early emmigrants to California succeeded without any help from the Government. Or as you have suggested Ivano, come meet us at La Nostra Costa Days Revival.

Ei Ivano,

How about a report on your recent big event?

Many of us who could't attend probably would like to know.
